Ample beachfront access for walks.

During my two-night stay, I encountered several frustrating issues. The room I was given had a strong tobacco smell, and despite requesting a change, the replacement room still felt tainted. Additionally, the reception staff were unhelpful when I raised concerns about the lingering odor, leaving me feeling unheard. To top it off, the communication barrier made it even more difficult to resolve these issues.

i recently stayed in baku for my honeymoon, and marriott exceeded my expectations. the splendid sea view room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. the buffet breakfast was a delight, featuring freshly baked pastries and a variety of fresh fruits.

elevators were insufficient for guests

We loved enjoying live music at the elegant lounge. The spacious rooms and beautiful sea view were spectacular, making it easy for my family to relax after a day of exploring Baku. The staff was genuinely warm, making us feel at home.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options available.

The room had amazing views of the Caspian Sea and was super spacious with a comfy king bed. Loved the indoor pool and fitness center. The spa had fantastic treatments like massages and body scrubs. Breakfast was decent with fresh pastries, though coffee could be better. Staff were helpful and polite.

This hotel suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten hairbrush, which I greatly appreciated. I recommend it for a holiday!

Staying here was an absolute joy, especially because of the AMAZING views of the Caspian Sea from my room 🌊! However, I was disappointed they didn't change the bed linen during our three-night stay.

Reception staff, particularly Yunis, provided exceptional service, including a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel offers a variety of amenities such as car rental and concierge services, with helpful staff like Fouad enhancing the experience. The beachfront location is perfect for morning walks or an evening stroll, and key attractions are a short drive away.

Breakfast was disappointing due to pork mixed with halal options.
